Qualifications and Attributes We Look For

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Caregiver certificate (from a recognised training institution)
  • Minimum of 6 months practical caregiving experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid ID and police clearance
  • Two professional references

Personal Attributes:

  • Genuine compassion, empathy, and patience
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
